2. Information We Collect
- Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you sign up.
- Business information: Business name, industry, logo, and Google Maps URL you provide.
- Review data: AI-generated reviews, final submitted reviews, and reviewer names collected via your listings.
- Google account data: If you connect Google Business Profile — your Google email, name, profile picture, and business account list.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform.
- Device data: Browser type, IP address, and approximate location for security purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Reviewly platform.
- To generate AI-written reviews using Anthropic's Claude API.
- To send service-related emails (account verification, billing receipts).
- To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
- To analyse usage patterns and improve features.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Reviewly:
- Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in EU region).
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — generates review text from your listing data.
- Google APIs — for Google Business Profile integration (OAuth 2.0).
- Vercel — hosting and deployment.
Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Review data is kept to provide analytics and history. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Disconnect your Google account at any time from the dashboard.

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in) and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Supabase, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong password.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Reviewly after changes means you accept the updated policy.
