1. No Refund Policy

Reviewly, a product of Tooldee, operates a strict no-refund policy. All subscription payments — monthly or otherwise — are final and non-refundable. This applies to all plans: Starter, Pro, and Agency.

2. Why No Refunds?

Reviewly provides immediate access to AI generation, listing tools, QR codes, and analytics upon payment. Because the service is delivered digitally and instantly, we are unable to reverse or reclaim the value provided. This is consistent with standard SaaS industry practice.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@tooldee.app.
  • Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the billing period.

4. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions in the following rare cases — entirely at our discretion:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our payment system.
  • Charges made after a confirmed cancellation request.

To report such an issue, email hello@tooldee.app within 7 days of the charge with your payment details.

5. Free Plan

Reviewly offers a free plan with no credit card required. We encourage you to try the free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription.
