1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reviewly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Reviewly is a product of Tooldee, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reviewly is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses collect Google reviews through QR codes, custom review links, and AI-generated review text. The Service includes listing management, analytics, review generation, and Google Business Profile integration (on eligible plans).

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Plans and Billing

  • Reviewly offers a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) with different feature limits.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Plan limits (listings, AI generations) reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Reviewly to:

  • Generate fake or misleading reviews for businesses you don't own or represent.
  • Violate Google's review policies or any applicable laws.
  • Spam, harass, or harm other users or third parties.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

Reviewly uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate review text. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is a starting point — users may edit it before posting.
  • You are responsible for any content posted to Google using our platform.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or Google-policy compliance of AI output.

7. Intellectual Property

The Reviewly platform, branding, and code are owned by Tooldee. Your business data, logos, and review content remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will result in improved Google rankings or review counts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tooldee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Reviewly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
